Named the way ORG's own profile names them. Every entry credits whoever did the work; pictures come from public GitHub profiles, and anyone without one gets an octagon with their initials.

What this is

ORG is a member-governed spiritual and research community. Members propose beliefs and keep the ones most of them agree on, and together they plan octagon-shaped temples and research centers where spirituality and science are practiced side by side. This AstroLog keeps a record of the websites that serve that community.

  • The changelog lists every notable change, newest first. Each entry is a short summary with the full story underneath, filed under one of four areas: the live site, the API, ORG on GitHub, and previews and proposals.
  • The library holds longer write-ups on how the sites are built and how they fit together.
  • The ledger lists every public change to ORG’s code, in plain words, grouped by day and by kind and linked to the change itself, for anyone who’d rather not open GitHub. It’s gathered from the public history of ORG’s repositories and refreshed every day.

Reading it in three lights

Night Sanctuary, Prism Light, and Stone & Lapis began as Renan T’s design proposal for orgspirituality.org, the spark for ORG’s new builds. The proposal is now kept as history, and its three looks live on here as lights, plus Follow the day, which moves through them from morning to night. The first time you visit, you choose how you arrive: a light, how much the marbled ink behind each page moves (still, gentle, or vivid), and whether you’d like more contrast. Change any of it from the swatches and the light & motion drawer in the header; your choice carries over to the entry portal.

Just want to read? The book button in the header is reading mode: one tap for Stone & Lapis, still ink, more contrast and no cursor trail, and another tap brings back what you had. Coming back later, a small count in the header shows what’s new since your last visit.

Help decide what comes next

The question now is how these new builds come together with the main site, orgspirituality.org. The likely direction is a new, web3-ready site rather than adding web3 onto the current one. Have a look around, then share what you think in ORG’s Telegram group.

Finding your way

  • Press / on any page (or Ctrl K, ⌘K on a Mac) to search every entry, write-up, person and page. On a phone, tap the magnifier in the header. The same search works on the entry portal.
  • Press ?, or open the light & motion drawer, for the welcome guide: what this site is, how the changelog differs from the library, and where ORG’s community talks.

How it’s kept

This public repository holds only the built pages. The entries are written in a private source repository and published here automatically on every change; the library page How this AstroLog works explains the process and how to add an entry. ORG’s octagon mark is used from the official brand-assets files, unmodified.
